<image:title>Playfulness - Who are we? - CAR TALKS WITH MAMA and IMAGINATIVE IZZY are two collaborations between myself, Mama Kim, and our 10-year-old daughter, Izzy. As two people who spend a great deal of time together, we’ve noticed how much sharing, exploration, and bonding we’ve been able to do. And, we never know what we’re going to end up with. Each day, we have specific talking points we touch in on - what are we grateful for, what did we bring into the world, what made us smile, did anything make us sad. Silliness flows naturally, as well. And then, there are times when our conversation turns serious, or deep, or philosophical. We talk through issues about growing up, friendships, and feelings. I’m hoping you find this blog, and subsequently, our podcast, an expression of just what the soul needs to remind us of how much we are connected to the people we love, the community around us, and the even the universe, at large. We also recognize that not everyone has this type of relationship or communication between mother and daughter. So, we’re using it as an opportunity to share what works for us and to be an example as to how we can process emotions, both by ourselves and together. We’re hoping you take away what might be useful for you. Leave the rest. Please leave us feedback if you have any questions, if you’re curious about how we would discuss a particular topic, or just to say HI! We hope you enjoy this process as much as we enjoy doing this together.</image:title>

<image:caption>Most women will say that they have experienced some form of misogyny, or sexism, from managers, co-workers, clients, or colleagues. And yet there is another place where this breeds. Somewhere quite unexpected, especially for those of us who consider ourselves feminists. A more internal source, one that’s quite close to home - ourselves.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Where Can I Lodge a Complaint? - I am a big believer in positive psychology.</image:title>
<image:caption>If you’re not sure what I’m talking about, positive psychology centers on how people can live happier, more fulfilling lives, whereas most other traditional branches of psychology tend to focus on problems and dysfunction. Taking a look at what I generally share with you, you will see I trend towards the major topics covered by positive psychology, including character strengths, gratitude, hope, mindfulness and resilience. In my own personal growth and development, I have experienced both traditional and non-traditional methods of working through the ups and downs of life. I have found, for myself, focusing on the positive has allowed me to make more sustainable change over time, which has led me to live a life that feels in alignment with my core values. I meditate, practice mindfulness and take part in many things that help me keep a positive outlook, even during challenging and stressful times.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Where Can I Lodge a Complaint? - Research shows that attitudes are like habits - once we get used to thinking a certain way, that becomes our automatic outlook. In addition, certain relationships - like Sharon and Marjorie’s - can inadvertently create a default language of negativity and pessimism. When you see, talk with or think of that individual (or group), you automatically return to your default outlook.</image:title>
<image:caption>So, is it healthy or even possible to lodge a complaint without it becoming a habit? Of course it is. We all need to release the emotions that build up inside of us. When we don’t, we all know what happens. There are a myriad of ways to do that - and complaining is a valid one, when done in small doses. If I were to make a suggestion to Sharon and Marjorie, it would be to start each dinner conversation they have with each other with a gratitude check-in. Or, ask each other to share one celebration or good thing that happened since the last time they talked. This starts to build a new habitual outlook for the relationship, and for each of its participants.</image:caption>

I’ve found that setting impactful intentions and action plans into place is best approached with ease and calm. My New Year’s gift to you is to provide a few steps to help you create a meaningful new year planning process that can help you build on what you’ve already learned and create the future you’re meant to unfold.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Embracing Your Growth Edge - I was in a conversation with a client the other day where we discussed the next steps she could take in her business. She knows she has a great service she provides and she really enjoys delivering it. But, as she explained, she “knew” she needed to add a new service to bring in new clients. It wasn’t that she wanted to add a new service, but all of the “experts” she’s been reading gave her the feeling that her potential clients need more offerings, more services, more opportunities to connect with her.</image:title>
<image:caption>Now, mind you, this isn’t someone who is just starting her business. This is a woman with a 20+ year corporate history followed by opening her own practice, which she has successfully owned and run for nearly a decade.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Embracing Your Growth Edge - But a growth edge shows up whenever there is change of any kind - big or small. They can pop up as we’re minding our own business, doing our everyday routines, when suddenly we have an urge to do something differently. We take a new route to the store. Have a conversation with a colleague instead of staying silent. Not be the first one to step up to take on a new project like you always do.</image:title>
<image:caption>When we make the choice to veer off from our normal course of action, we hit a growth edge. The question then becomes, do we do the work to get to the other side (i.e. we experience growth), or do we stay where we are?</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Finding Worthiness - Many of us struggle with self-worth. Not to be confused with self-esteem, which is based on external factors and is often at odds with your ability to feel your own worth, self-worth is about who you are, not what you do.</image:title>
<image:caption>Busy-ness - or overfunctioning- is a common way we try to build our self-worth. We take on more and more, expecting it to help us feel more important, more needed, more worthy. In reality, all it does is make us feel more anxious, overwhelmed and like we’re never enough. And those feelings feed on themselves. The more we do, the more overwhelmed we are. The more overwhelmed we are, the more we don’t feel like we’re enough. The more we don’t feel like we’re enough, the less worthy we feel. And so on and so on. So how do we stop this cycle and find true worthiness in ourselves? To begin, it’s important to understand what elements do not cultivate your self-worth. As I mentioned, these are the external factors that tend to develop your self-esteem, not your self-worth. They include: Your job Your social media following Your to-do list Your age Your relationship status Your money Your accomplishments Your abilities Your physical appearance Your likes and dislikes Your things (clothing, furniture, cars, house, etc.) What others think about you</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Why Finding Yourself Is So Important - Like most weeks, I have been having so many wonderful conversations with some incredibly brilliant and talented women. However, I’ve noticed a theme in these conversations that is getting louder and louder.</image:title>
<image:caption>These women show up feeling confused, out of sorts, overwhelmed, a bit depressed about where they are and a little anxious about what the future holds. They know something isn’t working in their lives - for most of them, honestly, it’s been work - and they know they want to change, but they feel lost and confused about the “how”. How do they find something that feels good to them? That will bring them joy and fulfillment? They had something they thought was working for them, until it wasn’t. Now, they are afraid if they don’t get this “right” they will be failures in their lives. Sound familiar? As I talk with them, I probe a little deeper. We start to uncover and understand the deeper fears that are at play here.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Why Finding Yourself Is So Important - Go on a treasure hunt</image:title>
<image:caption>Start to uncover the parts of you that have been gathering dust. These are your stories (we all have ‘em), your truths, your experiences. Start by writing them down or using a voice recorder to capture them (then transcribe them so you can read them back to yourself). Listen to what comes up for you. What stories do you love to tell? What stories do you hope no one ever learns about? What stories do you wish never happened? Here’s the thing. They did happen. To you. They are part of you. If you deny yourself re-visiting all of your stories, you deny yourself the opportunity to rewrite the story the way you want.</image:caption>
</image:image>

<image:title>Blog - Why Finding Yourself Is So Important - Keep digging</image:title>
<image:caption>After you’ve spent some time with your stories and thinking about which ones you might want to rewrite, it’s time to keep digging. Get more information about yourself. By learning more about how you operate and show up in the world, you’re able to make decisions that are in alignment with you, and not someone else. This can come in the form of values and strengths assessments, such as the VIA Character Analysis and the Clifton StrengthsFinder. There are also more “woo woo” ways of getting this information through Enneagram, Human Design and others. Find what works for you, that gives you the information you’re looking for to help you keep moving forward.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Why Finding Yourself Is So Important - Get support</image:title>
<image:caption>Working through your stories and getting more information through the assessments leaves you with a bundle of information to sift through. Doing this work alone is a ginormous task. Whether it’s with a coach or a therapist, get some support for your journey of self inquiry. It helps by asking the tough questions you may be struggling with or refusing to face. It can also reflect back to you things you may not be able to see. Your support person can also be a good centering place. As things come up, emotions and our inner critic can take over.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Are You Living Your Values? - Before you can live the life and have the career you imagine for yourself, you need to truly understand yourself. And not the self that is influenced by what others think or may want for you. But the true, authentic, deeply real self that lives inside each of us. Makes sense, right? And yet, when was the last time you were in touch with this person?</image:title>
<image:caption>You see, we often live our lives based on what we think we “should” be doing, based on what others deem important or necessary. We gather up our view of the world and our place in it by those closest to us, or even by those we admire. But, no one has your exact life. They haven’t had the exact same experiences you have. They haven’t been inside your body to know what it feels like to be you.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Three Things To Do When Fear Has It's Grips On You - For us to get closer to what we want out of life and work, we need to put a stop to the voices in our heads that keep us stuck in a place of fear.</image:title>
<image:caption>Easier said than done, right? Well, that depends on how much you want your situation to change. Sometimes, staying in the place of fear feels comfortable. I know that sounds weird, but it’s true. We get used to the voices. It’s easier to respond with inaction, hiding out or assuming we know the outcome before we even attempt taking action. As I’ve talked about before, habits are those comfortable places where we don’t have to invest much energy. Fear can become a habit, just like anything else.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1633116653573-VP6NYBQ7VSNLV41T2UF2/unsplash-image-333oj7zFsdg.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Blog - Three Things To Do When Fear Has It's Grips On You - Acknowledge It</image:title>
<image:caption>“Fear keeps us focused on the past or worried about the future. If we can acknowledge our fear, we can realize that right now we are okay. Right now, today, we are still alive, and our bodies are working marvelously. Our eyes can still see the beautiful sky. Our ears can still hear the voices of our loved ones.” ~Thich Nhat Hanh The simple act of acknowledging that you’re experiencing fear is a great first step towards releasing the fear. Try taking out a piece of paper or your journal and write down your fears. It allows you to acknowledge it in a way that is external to yourself. By bringing awareness to it and bringing it into the open you start to gain some control. You now have an opportunity to do something about the fear. You no longer have to just listen to it and let it manifest itself in your life.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1633116739654-6O6RFBE1AASQN5OD44BD/unsplash-image-SLio9rkszoY.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Blog - Three Things To Do When Fear Has It's Grips On You - Redefine It</image:title>
<image:caption>“Fear can be good when you're walking past an alley at night or when you need to check the locks on your doors before you go to bed, but it's not good when you have a goal and you're fearful of obstacles. We often get trapped by our fears, but anyone who has had success has failed before.” ~Queen Latifah You start to redefine fear when you can be curious about it and ask it questions. Fear doesn’t like questions. It likes to be the one with the answers. So, start to ask it lots and lots of questions. Go down that rabbit hole it wants you to go down. And then, once you’re at the bottom of the rabbit hole (which will feel really, really crappy by the way), ask yourself what happens if the thing you’re afraid of happening doesn’t happen.</image:caption>
</image:image>

<image:title>Blog - Three Things To Do When Fear Has It's Grips On You - Release It</image:title>
<image:caption>“Only when we are no longer afraid do we begin to live.” ~Dorothy Thompson This is where you feel the fear and do the thing anyway. You can choose to thank the fear for keeping you safe and let it know you’ve decided to do the thing it doesn’t want you to do. Then… do it. Stay in the moment. Stay present with yourself. Remind yourself, right here, right now, nothing is wrong. You’ve got this. And… do it. Release the fear and do the thing. That’s when the good and juicy bits of life come to play. Will fear pop up again? Yes. Of course it will. You’re a human being and fear is a natural part of our lives. But, you also have choices on how to deal with the fear.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Free to be you… and me. - I’m probably dating myself here, but my favorite album growing up was Free to Be… You & Me by Marlo Thomas & Friends. It was filled with songs of empowerment and questioning the status quo. It made it okay to be who you were, regardless of what society said you “should” be, based on, particularly when it came to gender stereotypes. It’s pretty amazing how relevant it still is, and how it’s continuing to be updated to expand the inclusive message it started sharing over 45 years ago.</image:title>
<image:caption>And yet, even though as mommies and daddies we can now sing along with a different knowledge than we had when we were 5-years-old, many of us have missed a key component of the message. You are free to be whoever you are.</image:caption>
</image:image>

<image:title>Blog - Free to be you… and me. - Each day we wake up and we have a day filled with choices ahead of us. Sometimes it doesn’t feel like we’re in choice, but we always are.</image:title>
<image:caption>You choose what time to wake up. You choose to exercise, eat breakfast, meditate. You choose to shower. You choose to take your kiddos to school. You choose to continue to do the work you’re doing. You choose to stay with the person you’re coupled with. You choose what to eat and wear. You choose when to sleep or stay awake. And yet, my guess is you spend a lot of time not making these decisions consciously. You just do them.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Free to be you… and me. - Spoiler alert… It involved taking a leap of faith in herself and going into sales, where she is lit up on a daily basis.</image:title>
<image:caption>So, when you hear that you are free to be yourself, do you know what that means? Do you know how to authentically and autonomously identify what you want in your life at this moment and moving forward? Or, are you looking to others for the answer? Do you rely on your habits to get you through, believing that someday you will have the time to figure it out? What are you waiting for? What could be different if today you took a left instead of the right at the intersection? What is possible if you stop to listen to your intuition instead of falling back into the groove of habit?</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - The Gift of Receiving - A common thread I hear with my clients is, “I’m not good at accepting help.” I get it. I used to be that way, too. Accepting help can be hard… really hard. It can touch all of our vulnerable spots, leaving us feeling less than, inadequate, and even like a failure.</image:title>
<image:caption>When, or rather if, the thought of someone else helping us comes into mind, we are often bludgeoned by thoughts about how we are a burden, something’s wrong with us because we can’t “hack it”, or we start questioning what the other person must be thinking about us (i.e. we assume they’re judging us and our capabilities). And yet, when someone else is in need of assistance - whether they know or not - I bet you’re more than willing to help. So why is it that being on the receiving end can leave you feeling squirmy, awkward, uncomfortable or indebted? Many of us grew up learning about the importance of serving others. We internalized the adage of “It is better to give than to receive.” The act of giving feels good - for both the giver and the receiver. It has an incredibly powerful effect on relationships and studies have even shown that giving can actually boost one’s physical and mental health. And yet, the reciprocal act of receiving is equally as important as its counterpart. And many of us are only playing one side of the game, not giving others the gift of accepting their help.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1631901036226-CT65YBTJ59QP5FPUR6XG/unsplash-image-0aMMMUjiiEQ.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Blog - The Gift of Receiving - Receiving is not only about the receiver. It’s also about the giver. Imagine a well-intentioned person offering you something that you reject. How would that make them feel? Unappreciated? Awkward? Embarrassed?</image:title>
<image:caption>Another way to think about this takes us back to the idea of being in your zone of genius that I talked about a couple of weeks ago. If you are in your zone of genius when you’re selling your widgets, and yet you struggle to come up with a marketing plan that works, why not give someone the opportunity to live into their zone of genius in marketing? You don’t need to be an expert at everything. By receiving help from someone else who has an expertise that is not yours is a huge gift to both of you. A serious win-win situation.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Dealing With the Unknown - It’s official. The kids have gone back to school - many in person for the first time since March of 2020. A large number of us spent the past 18 months holding down a full-time job at home while overseeing virtual learning for one or more children, making sure the family is fed and taken care of. We were helping our kiddos be good humans and addressing their concerns and worries about the state of the world, all while keeping our homes clean, being a good friend, taking time to connect with our spouses or partners, fighting for social justice, and taking care of our physical bodies.</image:title>
<image:caption>If you’re anything like me, the silence that is left in the home after our children have headed off to school this fall is both a breath of fresh air and totally discombobulating. Yet again, we’re faced with another period of transition that is fraught with fears of the unknown. Will our organizations ask us to return to the office? If so, how often? Will our children be safe? Are our schools going to have to return to remote learning? How is that going to impact you and your business? If these worries are keeping you up at night, how can you best cope with all the uncertainty of the coming school year while still performing your job or running your business? The first thing to do is to recognize what’s within your control. As much as we would like, the decisions other people make are not ever within our control. So whether your boss asks you to return to the office or if the decision is made to return to remote learning, neither is something you will be able to control. What you can control is your mindset.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Dealing With the Unknown - 1 - Embrace imperfection in yourself and others</image:title>
<image:caption>I also like to think of this as holding up the humanity mirror to ourselves and others. We tend to walk through this life forgetting we’re all just fallible, vulnerable, clumsy human beings. I would hazard a guess that there is not a single one of us who has this thing called life figured out, unless possibly if you’re a Buddhist monk. We all have our flaws, peculiarities and imperfections. We are all beautiful messes. When we can see and appreciate that in ourselves and others, we are more likely to be able to find grace and courtesy with one another.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Dealing With the Unknown - 2 - Find opportunities in challenges</image:title>
<image:caption>If you find yourself scared about challenging situations, see if you can reframe your thoughts by finding the opportunities within the challenges themselves. If you’re suddenly needing to shift directions at work, what opportunities for growth, learning and exploration are available? What new skill or path may now be available to you that would not have been possible otherwise? Tap into your inner adventurer and allow yourself to discover new things about yourself you never knew existed.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Dealing With the Unknown - 3 - Stop seeking external approval</image:title>
<image:caption>I don’t remember when or how I got the message, but one day I woke up and realized - this is my life. I’m the only person who I can guarantee will be with me at my end of days and every day between now and then. I am the sum of my experiences and no one else has had the same experiences as I have. Therefore, the opinions of, and approval by, anyone outside myself has become secondary to my own opinions and approval of myself. By learning to trust and appreciate yourself you are giving yourself the gift of no longer second-guessing your thoughts and behaviors. I know it sounds harsh, but in reality you are the only person who will always be there for you in your life so you are the only one you need to impress.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Dealing With the Unknown - 4 - Celebrate your strengths and weaknesses</image:title>
<image:caption>We all have them. Those things that we’re really good at and those things we’re not. And the wonderful thing is, we’re all different in where our genius and our incompetence lies. So, while your genius is someone else’s incompetence, and vice versa, you have an opportunity to not only cultivate your genius, but to also elevate someone else’s. Imagine what it would be like to collaborate with someone who can do that thing that drives you nuts, and in return, you get to celebrate your own strengths. It’s pretty stinkin’ phenomenal.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Dealing With the Unknown - 5 - Become a mistake making machine</image:title>
<image:caption>Taking risks means making mistakes. As Michael Jordan is quoted as saying: “I've missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I've lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I've been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed.” Be willing to make mistakes in front of others. It actually does get easier with practice. And each time you “fail” by making a mistake, you develop your resiliency. As your resilience grows, so does your overall quality of life, as you aren’t as rocked by things that are bound to come up.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - The Importance of Moving from Doing to Being - One of the things I’ve learned through coaching - both as a practitioner and as a client - is the clear distinction between doing and being.</image:title>
<image:caption>When we are in doing mode, we are focused on achieving particular goals. These can be external goals such as finishing a project, increasing revenues, or getting physically fit. They can also be internal goals such as feeling happy, being kind, or even striving for perfection.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - The Importance of Moving from Doing to Being - On the other hand, when we are in being mode, our minds have “nothing to do and nowhere to go.”</image:title>
<image:caption>Being creates a sense of presence in the moment. Our brains are not focused on achieving particular goals. Therefore, there is nothing for it to monitor, assess or analyze. In being mode, we can create acceptance and allowing, without the desire to change what’s happening internally or externally. We are able to fully experience the moment.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1630608383431-VG9Z4BJ4L746AQ8HOS9H/unsplash-image-gcsNOsPEXfs.png</image:loc>
<image:title>Blog - The Importance of Moving from Doing to Being - Here’s an example of how doing versus being can show up in our lives.</image:title>
<image:caption>Let’s say you want to be more organized. You are feeling overwhelmed by all the work to be done - both personally and professionally. There is too much to do and you’re feeling like a failure for not being able to do it all. In doing mode, you can set up systems and structures for each area of your life that is feeling stretched too thin. You can buy new materials for organizing your documents, beautiful Sharpies and post-its to make colorful displays and charts, and buy new software to streamline your processes.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1630609137748-OKG9GO1XE7MB39VNG6YE/unsplash-image-8fNnvwmefBE.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Blog - The Importance of Moving from Doing to Being - These practices can start to move you from living in doing mode and spending more time in being mode. Over time, this can lead to more satisfaction, gratification and enjoyment of the life you have as it helps you decide which path to take that is right for your unique life.</image:title>
<image:caption>You’re the only one who gets to live your life. So, isn’t it about time to start living it on your terms?</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Getting in the Zone - Here’s the thing. We all have all of these zones.</image:title>
<image:caption>There are things we’re great at and things that are harder for us. There are things we can do with little or no effort and there are things that take a great deal of effort. The point here is that many of us are doing things in our lives and work that we’re really, really good at, and, if we’re willing to take a leap of faith in ourselves, we could move beyond excellence into the effortless place of genius.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Getting in the Zone - For example, I’m really good at organizing things - people, parties, projects, things. I feel good when someone appreciates my work.</image:title>

<image:caption>It is responsible for basic needs for survival - food, mating, fighting or fleeing. It is primitive and animalistic, has limited behavioral responses, and does not learn from its mistakes.</image:caption>
</image:image>

<image:title>Blog - Believing in Possiblity - Become Aware</image:title>
<image:caption>Starting with a place of awareness of ourselves and how our brains are responding is the first step to making any changes in our lives. We often default to ignoring a fleeting thought, pushing down “negative” emotions, and trying to plow through our lives.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1628874349370-WJHD6B8RW3TS0RXOJCEI/unsplash-image-pt5VLp9Cm_4.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Blog - Believing in Possiblity - Challenge Yourself</image:title>
<image:caption>Once you’ve had a little practice in just being aware of your thoughts and behaviors, the next step is to challenge them. For instance, say your default thought is “I’m not good enough to get that job”, stop and ask yourself “Is that true?” Initially, your reptilian brain will kick in and tell you of course it’s true - you’re not good enough. Gently stop and ask yourself again, “Is that true?” Take some time to look for the evidence. Where did that thought come from?</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1628874473032-YI4CRLVOJS3GTQBCIRWQ/unsplash-image-pF3BfaLGhqw.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Blog - Believing in Possiblity - Reframe Your Thoughts</image:title>
<image:caption>After you have had a chance to become more aware of your thoughts and challenge them, the next step is to give yourself an alternative thought. Simply ask yourself, “What thought would better serve me in this situation?” This is where possibility truly comes out to play. What are the other possibilities? In the case of our daughter, we came up with, sure, it could be a crap start to the new school year. Or, it could be meh. Or, it could be fantastic beyond her wildest imagination. The possibilities are truly limitless.</image:caption>

<image:caption>The answer I got from working with her was not at all what I expected. Instead of asking me to “trust my gut” she asked me to “listen to my heart”. Okay, fine. Different body part, I thought, maybe I’ll get a different answer.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Leading Through Intuition - And then, one day as I sat alone in my car in the parking lot of my work, giving myself a transitional pause before going from mama-mindset to work-mindset, I felt something different.</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - Leading Through Intuition - I started to pay more attention to the leadership styles around me. I learned that intuitive leaders are filled with curiosity. They are more decisive, calm, and centered. They get better results from their teams and have more fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.</image:title>

<image:title>Blog - Leading Through Intuition - 1 - Take a Pause</image:title>
<image:caption>This is the gift my coach gave me many years ago - taking a pause. The trick here isn’t to take a pause when you need it, as I did before I entered that meeting. It’s to practice taking a pause before you ever need it so your body instinctively knows what to do when you do need it.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Leading Through Intuition - 2 - Daily Reflection</image:title>
<image:caption>Taking time at the end of your day to reflect on any experiences, thoughts or emotions that came up throughout the day can help connect you to your values and priorities. Including doodles or drawings can further stretch your right brain (creative), which is helpful in decision making and problem solving. Writing down your thoughts and impressions allows you to start building trust in your intuition. Over time, this can help move you from a purely analytical perspective.</image:caption>

You may feel a sense of calm, peacefulness or lightness, indicating you are heading in the right direction. Or, you may feel a tightness in your chest or stomach, a sinking feeling, or a heaviness indicating something is not right. <image:title>Blog - Finding Courage to Change - Connect your head and heart</image:title>
<image:caption>Most humans spend over 95% of their time living above their shoulders, ostensibly ignoring the wisdom of the rest of our bodies. When we start moving out of our brains and into our bodies, we enable ourselves to reduce fear and have the courage to live our best lives. One of the best entry points to listening to our bodies is through our hearts. While the brain and the heart work independently of one another, with the heart sending 90% more information to the brain than the brain does to the heart, keeping the two disconnected doesn’t allow us to operate at our peak - physically, emotionally, or mentally.</image:caption>

<image:caption>When you’re struggling with the fear of stepping into something new or stepping away from something that is no longer working for you, stop and ask your future self what she thinks. Go as far out as you can imagine - 25, 30, 50 or more years. Imagine you are looking back on your life. What seems to be the most important to future self? What would you regret doing or not doing? She’s wise. Listen to her. The more regularly you visit your future self, the more wisdom you will be able to glean on how to live in courage.</image:caption>

Compliments are a great entry point to make someone feel good, more confident, and at ease. By helping build confidence in others, you are helping them tap into their most authentic selves, which is where deep and genuine bonding happens. It’s pretty magical, really. <image:caption>You see, I try to have fun in pretty much everything I do, so I rarely feel the need to separate “fun” from the rest of my life. I have fun when I’m working. I have fun when I’m doing chores around the house. I have fun when I’m doing nothing. Granted, it wasn’t always this way. <image:title>Blog - Bringing Fun Into Everything You Do - Be in the moment</image:title>
<image:caption>Our brains usually have us focusing on the future or on the past. It’s rare that we’re able to be right here, right now, in this moment. Intentionally feeling and noticing what’s happening in the present moment allows us to naturally feel more joy and allow in more fun. When you step outside of doing mode, and step into being mode, it’s easier to find pleasure in the little things: the sun on your face, the feel and taste of cold water on a hot day, the scent of the flowers or the fresh rain, the sound of laughter.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Bringing Fun Into Everything You Do - Say “Yes” when you mean “Yes”</image:title>
<image:caption>Very often, we end up saying “No” to things we really want to say “Yes” to, and vice versa. Our brains are working extra hard to keep us safe, and in the process, we end up losing the ability to say “Yes” to things that will invite in more fun and pleasure into our lives. What would it be like to say “Yes” to something you’ve been wanting to do? Whether it’s heading to the beach in the middle of the work day, or playing with your kids when you’re trying to get dinner on the table, or having sex mid-week. When you learn to allow yourself to say “Yes” to those things, you start to create new muscle memories for your body and brain, which in turn, invite more pleasure and fun into your life on a regular basis.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Bringing Fun Into Everything You Do - Daydream</image:title>
<image:caption>I often hear people saying what a waste of time and unproductive daydreaming is. However, daydreaming is your mind’s way of sending yourself a message. Daydreaming not only boosts your creativity and problem-solving skills, but it also helps you concentrate and focus on a specific task. It helps your mind wander to thoughts and areas that it might not wander if you had not set aside time for daydreaming. Like meditation or restful activities, daydreaming acts a natural remedy to alleviate stress and anxiety. Find a space where you can be comfortable to allow yourself to let go. It may be your favorite chair, turning to stare out the window, or sitting on your back porch. Make sure all distractions have been removed - your phone is silenced or put away, your computer isn’t in sight, your children are attended to Give your brain a little bit of direction to allow it to most effectively daydream. Without such direction, your mind wanders over to to-do lists, financial challenges, and problems of the world, removing all fun from the process. Try imagining all the things that would make you happy and put them into a story. Let yourself imagine your life as you'd like it to turn out. Play out your future as you see it unfolding, giving yourself total freedom to indulge your fantasies. Or, think of a product or service you would like to introduce and figure out what would make it better and how you could achieve that.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Creating Space For You - After a year+ of learning how to work from home with a house full of children in remote learning and partners on work calls, many of us have felt a strong desire for quietude and calm that can happen when there is space and distance between one another. Many of my clients have recently been exuberantly returning their children to summer camps and their partners have returned (at least partially) to their workplaces. And the quiet settles in… until it doesn’t.</image:title>
<image:caption>In recent conversations, I’ve heard accounts of how “normal life” feels too much now. There was time to be connected to work, loved ones, friends, and themselves for much of the past year. And although there is less time with everyone piled on top of each other inside the home, there is less time and space for them because they are back to shuttling, appointments, and a million other little things that quickly seep into our schedules. At the start of the pandemic, I ran workshop on how to create space for yourself when everyone is home. I’m sensing it’s a good time for a refresher as we all find ways to transition parts of our lives outside our home.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Creating Space For You - Start With Clarity</image:title>
<image:caption>This process starts and ends with you. As much as we would like to put the “blame” for our feelings of overwhelm, frustration and stress on others, the reality is, we are always in choice. We just don’t always act with it. So, it’s time to get super, duper honest with yourself. What do YOU want or need right now? It’s likely different than what it was six months ago, and will change again in the future. What does the YOU in this moment need or want?</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Creating Space For You - Draw It Out</image:title>
<image:caption>Many of us are visual learners, so this is an exercise to help you visualize what you’re trying to create in your life as you start to develop meaningful and healthy boundaries. Take out your journal. Draw a circle on the page. Inside the circle, write all the things you need in order to feel complete. What do you need to feel seen, heard and validated in your life? Anything that doesn’t add to your feeling complete and whole needs to stay outside the circle. Now you have a place to focus your energy.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Creating Space For You - Identify Your Fears</image:title>
<image:caption>What are you afraid will happen if you set boundaries? Go ahead and make a list of all the reasons you are challenged with creating and keeping boundaries. What bubbles to the top of that list? Take a deep breath and sit with it. Allow yourself to feel all the feels that come up when you really look at the fear. Ask yourself how likely is it to happen on a scale of 1-10. Then ask yourself how would you handle it if this thing happened. Write it out. Identify what you would do if the absolute worst thing would happen. When we try to operate from a place of fear. we allow our anxieties to inform our behavior and actions. So, instead of running from what you fear most – stop, turn around, and confront it. Once you are able to look at that fear head on, it will no longer control you. You can then start acting from a place where your decisions are based on information you have at that present moment in time.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Creating Space For You - Challenge Your Guilt</image:title>
<image:caption>Setting boundaries often leads us to feelings of guilt or selfishness. I have talked with several clients about how setting boundaries will negatively impact others, and how it’s scary to give up control of a situation and wait to see how the other person handles it. But, you can’t live someone else’s life for them. It’s a gift to step back and let them have their own experiences, even if that means failing. And, it’s totally possible to be both supportive AND hold onto your boundaries.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Creating Space For You - Set Your Own Rules</image:title>
<image:caption>I know it’s hard to believe sometimes, but you actually get to set your own rules in this lifetime. Yes, I recognize there are times when things are stacked against us and all of the rules outside of ourselves make it that much more challenging to live into our own authenticity. And, it’s still 100% possible to make your own rules for your life. To get started, you want to make sure your rules are specific and measurable, and something that you can realistically commit to.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Opening Up to Possibility - Create More Awareness</image:title>
<image:caption>We’ve talked before about how slowing down can actually help us speed up. By slowing down and allowing for more awareness, you are also opening yourself up to possibilities for change. Here are some ways you can practice creating awareness in your every day life: Take your daily walk in the opposite direction from your usual pattern Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand Eat a meal using your non-dominant hand Say yes to something you have been too afraid to say yes to in the past Each of these activities help cultivate a beginners mind, which is necessary for developing the skill of mindfulness, which in turn helps us see possibilities we can’t see when we’re operating from within a place of stagnation.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Opening Up to Possibility - Get Out of Your Head</image:title>
<image:caption>Regardless of how much we exercise and move our bodies, we live most of our lives above the neck. Our brains do an amazing job of keeping us safe. But sometimes, in fact it’s more times than necessary, our brains create the stories that keep us from moving forward in our lives the way we wish we could. So, how does one go about getting out of their head? Start by challenging your beliefs and ideas of how you think things “should” be.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Opening Up to Possibility - Know You’re Not Alone</image:title>
<image:caption>Recognizing you’re not the only one going through something - feeling stuck, bored, afraid - can be a huge relief for many people. When we’re afraid of failure, rejection, or even of change itself, we keep things inside and try to “get through it” on our own. Being in community with others, however, can help us see possibilities where we would never have looked. The ways to connect with others is countless. And, by bringing what is going on with you to others, you give them an opportunity to grow right along side you while you’re receiving support. Who in your circle can you reach out to? Do you have a coach or a therapist to call? Are you part of a business mastermind or community? <image:title>Blog - Opening Up to Possibility - Practice Empathy</image:title>
<image:caption>Recognizing others as individuals, as fellow humans, is a great opportunity to welcome possibilities into your life. When people are grumpy or short with you, which we all do from time to time, our ability to see them as another human being and not rushing to judge them or put them in their place starts to open our minds in new ways and lets us see the world a little more differently. To practice this, stop and see the person who is ringing up your groceries or delivering your food. I mean really see them. Look into their eyes, if you can, and allow for human connection. If they seem to be having a challenging time, offer them a smile or a softness in your expression to let them know you see them. Each time you practice empathy in this way, you open yourself to opportunities and possibilities you would not otherwise have seen. And, as a bonus, you may just change someone else’s trajectory, as well.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Finding Ease - If you’re like most people I know, ease does not come easy.</image:title>
<image:caption>And yet, when you are able to find that sweet spot, that place of ease, there is nothing else like it in the world. It is the opposite of hustle and grit (two buzzwords that frankly give me the heebie-jeebies). You see, when most people think about being productive - running or starting a business, getting or pivoting to a new job, taking care of all the things - they think of it in terms of traditional masculine terms. We think of phrases like “push harder”, “the grind”, or even “crushing it”. Ease allows for productivity in the most feminine sense of the word. It’s about helping our logical side collaborate with our intuitive side. It’s about bringing our yin and yang into harmony. Now, lest you think I’m going to ask you to sit for hours in meditation to make this happen - think again.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Finding Ease - 1 - Stop Looking Outside Yourself</image:title>
<image:caption>How many times have you had an idea you wanted to implement, and then asked your colleagues, friends, or family for advice? Do you get pulled into analysis paralysis by reading articles by “experts”, watching endless TED talks, listening to podcasts, taking yet ANOTHER course, just to be sure you have the answers you’re looking for? Now, I don’t deny the importance of being well informed. However, by consistently feeding the habit of looking outside yourself for the answers, instead of turning inward and checking in with your own intuition, you are creating undue stress. The answer isn’t out there somewhere. It’s inside you. The more you tap into your own intuition, the more confident and empowered you will feel. You start building evidence that everything you need is already with you. This reduces stress and creates space and ease in your work and life. If you haven’t worked with your intuition in this way in the past, it can feel a bit daunting at first. Many people give up because it can feel uncomfortable. I can hear them yelling “Just give me the answer already!” One quick tip to start honing your intuition and being able to bring a little more ease into your life. Quiet.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Finding Ease - 2 - Practice Saying “No”</image:title>
<image:caption>How many times have you said “yes” to something you didn’t actually want to do? Does it feel easier in the moment to just say “yes”? Of course there are time when “yes” really means “yes”. Those are not the times I’m speaking of. I’m talking about the times when someone asks you to take on an extra project, or a new client that’s not exactly who you love working with, and your automatic response is “yes”, even though in your gut you really don’t want to. Why do we do this? Why is it so hard to say “no” when that’s what we really mean?</image:caption>
</image:image>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Finding Ease - 3 - Let It Go!</image:title>
<image:caption>When we invest time, energy, resources, money into something - our business, our career, our families, ourselves - it’s nearly impossible not to want things to be just the way we want them. I mean, we’ve worked darn hard to get where we are, don’t we deserve that? Sure. But… that takes an enormous amount of control. And, when we’re operating from this place, we’re putting ourselves under a tremendous amount of stress. Our daughter was 3 when Frozen came out. It has been a staple in our household for over 8 years. And, as I have watched nearly every iteration possible, I am constantly reminded of a theme that isn’t often talked about, even though the most popular song literally screams it at us. You see, Elsa tried to control her powers. Why? To not be seen as an outcast. To protect her sister. To protect her family name. To protect her position as queen. And, how did that turn out for her? Crappy, right? She literally lost her cool and felt she had to go live alone on a mountain top. You don’t need to get to that point of losing your cool or running away so as not to be “found out.” Life throws things at us we can never imagine. Many times, it’s better than we could have ever imagined. But, like so many people in this world, it’s nearly impossible to see, feel and truly receive the good stuff, because we’re trying so hard to make sure the bad stuff doesn’t happen to us or someone we love.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Finding Ease - 4 - Schedule For Ease</image:title>
<image:caption>If I were to call you for a coffee date, what would come up for you? Would you be excited and immediately fly to your calendar knowing exactly when those times are going to work for you? Or do you slowly open your calendar, knowing you’re already waaaayyyy overbooked, and you would feel horrible saying no (see #2 above), so you’ll just find a space to fit me in, event though it feels daunting to add “one more thing” to your list? If you’re like most people I know, you likely land in that 2nd bucket. You’d love to spend that time together, but dang, now it feels like a chore because, well, TIME.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Finding Ease - 5 - Channel Your Inner Turtle</image:title>
<image:caption>In a world that operates in hyperdrive 24/7, it’s easy to get swept into the fray of feeling like you need to do more and do it faster, just to keep up and stay relevant. But, when you’re constantly rushing from one thing to the next, it’s impossible to feel ease. Deliberately slowing down your pace and movement sends a signal to your brain and nervous system to slow everything down. Your heartrate and breathing change. Your brain moves out of hyperdrive. Your emotions are able to regulate. When you intentionally slow down, you naturally become more present and mindful, which leads to more enjoyment and pleasure. And, here’s the thing. When we slow down, we can actually speed up our productivity because we’re not operating from a place of distraction and overwhelm. Sounds like a win-win to me! Granted, learning to slow down can be really, really hard. You need to make the conscious choice to slow down. Here are some ways you can start to channel your inner turtle and to slow down.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Are You Hiding Out? - Happy Friday! I hope you had a FABULOUS week this past week!</image:title>
<image:caption>This has been a fabulous week in the Romain household and with KR Coaching & Consulting. We have some exciting things coming up over the next couple of months, and in preparation I’m definitely also feeling the #overwhelm and a little bit of #fear in with the excitement. Generally speaking, when overwhelm and fear pop up in work and life, my inclination is to begin hiding out. This can show up as: Spending a good deal of time on what doesn’t really matter to me or doesn’t “move the ball forward”; I start to feel like I’m on a hamster wheel, chasing my own tail and repeating the same things over and over again; I find myself dismissing or avoiding the “big stuff” to stay in a place where I’m more comfortable (at least in the short term); and, My thoughts tend to be more focused on lack instead of on growth or abundance.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Are You Hiding Out? - Commit To It</image:title>
<image:caption>Often, these feelings of overwhelm and fear pop up because we feel the need to have the perfect plan, the perfect solution, the perfect roadmap before we even get started to really make some headway. But, here’s the thing. We never know what the future will hold. Could everything go to shit? Absolutely. But, it’s equally as likely that everything could be better than we ever imagined. By taking the step to FULLY COMMIT to what we’re working towards, we allow ourselves to be open to what’s possible, instead of focusing on what our brains want to tell us is impossible.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Are You Hiding Out? - Stop Putting Out Fires</image:title>
<image:caption>Unless you literally put out fires for a living, you are not a firefighter. So, you would likely be best served not trying to constantly put out fires. So often in life and work we believe we have to work at a high intensity or at a frantic pace. This is what is called “prey mentality”. And, just like I said you’re not a firefighter, you are also not prey. No one is out to eat you alive. What to do to combat this? Slow the F down. Seriously. Stop trying to work at a breakneck speed. There is more peace found in the present moment than at the end of your to do list. Looking for a way to slow down? Check out my Gratitude Meditation.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Are You Hiding Out? - Take Responsibility</image:title>
<image:caption>We often spend a lot of time shifting responsibility - either taking on responsibility for others that is not ours, or blaming others for something that really is our responsibility. A great way to shift out of fear and overwhelm is to take stock of what it is YOU want for YOURSELF - whether it be in work or life. When you start to take responsibility for yourself and only yourself in this way, you step out of victim mentality and begin empowering yourself more deeply.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - Are You Hiding Out? - Love You by Being You</image:title>
<image:caption>Is loving yourself predicated on your accomplishments? Or, are you only willing to love yourself based on your judgements of others? If so, you may be trapped in a level of toxicity that will keep you stuck, especially when you’re trying to push forward. It’s important to recognize your self-worth beyond those things you have done. Remember, we are human BEINGS not human DOINGS. So, begin by evaluating who you are and what you love about that person. Then, drop the comparison. When we base our worthiness on someone else’s accomplishments, we are denying our own beautiful authenticity and brilliance in the world.</image:caption>

<image:caption>You cannot outrun your problems and challenges. Even if you temporarily give them the slip, they come back. Sometimes with a vengeance. To get to where you want to be, there will inevitably be some discomfort along the way. Those discomforts are an indication of your growth and that you are moving towards what you want more of in your life and work. When you start to find the comfort in the discomfort, you are actually growing and becoming stronger in the process. That, in itself, is pretty cool.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Discovering Your Superpowers - You are a superhero.</image:title>
<image:caption>I know, it may be hard to believe. But it’s 100% true. You are! You just may not have identified your superpowers, yet. See, the truth is, we all have superpowers that we’re often not even aware of and that have the power to change the world. They allow each of us to authentically contribute to the world in ways that nobody else can. Another really cool thing about superpowers? Studies have shown that people who use them are happier, less stressed, more fulfilled, and more productive in their work and lives. How cool is that!? So, how do you unearth these superpowers and start to know what yours are? That’s what I’m here to share with you today.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - The Unbalanced Life - Searching for Self</image:title>
<image:caption>The first place to start when you’re wanting to unbalance your life - or move out of the concept of trying to balance it all - is to get a deeper understanding of what it is that is really important to you and what your needs are during this lifetime. By digging into understanding our strengths, fears, motivations, challenges, joys, and values, we stop looking outside of ourselves for acceptance and validation. I love starting with my clients by using the VIA Strengths Assessment and the MBTI to get a better idea of what makes them tick. You can take both of these tests for free and get a wealth of information to get you started.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - The Unbalanced Life - Practice Mindfulness</image:title>
<image:caption>Being aware of what messages our mind is telling us helps us respond to it differently than when we allow it to have a free-for-all on autopilot. It allows us to stop living in the past and the future, and focuses us on the here and now. Practicing mindfulness helps us holistically, allowing us to influence our bodies, our minds, and our spirit. Looking for a way to dip your toe into some mindfulness? This article gives some great tips on simple ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily activates. Want more help? Reach out and let’s have a talk about how mindfulness can help you.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - The Unbalanced Life - Make Time For Play</image:title>
<image:caption>Play was important when we were children. It’s equally as important as an adult. And, when you’re living an imbalanced life, play is one of those key components that helps you in all areas of your life. Play has been shown to release endorphins, improve brain functionality, and stimulate creativity. Studies also show that play improves memory and stimulates the growth of the cerebral cortex. I love this TED Talk by primatologist Isabel Behncke Izquierdo about the importance of play in primates, and how that may also apply to humans.</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - The Unbalanced Life - Ditch the Comparison</image:title>
<image:caption>When we look at someone else - their bodies, their businesses, their families, their lives - and compare ourselves to them, we are doing a disservice to both ourselves and to them. We are not meant to look, sound, or be the same as anyone else. Each of us is unique, successful, and beautiful in our own ways. When we stop comparing and trying to “right-size” ourselves, we give ourselves a chance for more joy, more presence, and more happiness. In short, we let go of comparison and we let go of stress. Some of this comes from learning how to let go of the critic that lives in our heads. Some of it comes from being able to befriend ourselves in a new loving and accepting way. What ways can you imagine letting go of comparison in your life or work?</image:caption>

<image:title>Blog - Friday Fab Five - The Unbalanced Life - Embrace the Mess</image:title>
<image:caption>Here’s the thing…life is messy. There are no two ways around it. Once you think you have something figured out, nailed down, or zipped up, something will come along to help you recognize you don’t. And here’s the kicker… that’s not a reflection on you. Nope. That’s just life. When you start to embrace the mess, you get an opportunity to truly see how beautiful life is - mess and all. A couple of tips to help you out, if you’re struggling with this concept:</image:caption>

<image:title>Quit the Chaos - I see you.</image:title>
<image:caption>You are not alone in what you're feeling. You might think you are, because no one is talking about it. You hear murmurings, but you don’t know anyone personally who’s going through it. You're exhausted. You’re constantly in reaction mode, putting one fire out after another. You know you're forgetting something, but what the heck was it?! You, my friend, are an incredible human being who has been overfunctioning for so long you likely can't see a way to stop it. And that is exactly where the chaos is coming from.</image:caption>
</image:image>
<image:image>
<image:loc>https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/5ebcae68664a562680b0ec64/1633717031444-RKKM7MCK08TKZBLVW26G/290A2765.jpg</image:loc>
<image:title>Quit the Chaos - Hi! I’m Kim. I’m a recovering attorney, nonprofit executive and overfunctioner who sees life through the lens of a Broadway musical (think Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist). I am a certified executive and life coach who loves helping women go from playing small to living into true bodaciousness I see within them from the get-go.</image:title>
<image:caption>Why me? Because, in many ways, I have walked in your shoes. I may have a different story with different plot twists, but the underlying issues are the same. I let my internal critic run the show for a very long time. I let my fears of failure and perfectionism guide my decisions (or lack thereof). I let myself get so run-down I didn’t know whether I was feeling exhausted, angry, bored or frustrated (turns out it was a lot of all of the above). I also come pre-loaded with all the goodies you would want in a state-of-the-art coach and strategist.</image:caption>

<image:title>Work With Me - You’re not alone.</image:title>
<image:caption>I SEE YOU. You're spinning in the chaos of busyness in your business and your life. You're spending most of your time reacting to the needs of others and never getting to what’s really important to help move you forward and make the world a better place. You know there’s a better way - but how!? Hi there! I’m Kim, and I’m here to help you move from chaos into clarity so you can show up as the leader, changemaker, and extraordinary human you want to be. Together, we’re going to help you make the impact you’re looking to make in the world.</image:caption>
