With over 20 years as an attorney, nonprofit and corporate executive, artist, and theatrical professional, I’ve seen how powerful transformation can be when we blend actionable strategies with a deep connection to intuition, embodiment, and inner wisdom.

Why I Do What I Do (and am who I am)

For so much of my life, I felt like I was living in two worlds. In one, I knew the rules, what was expected of me, and how to succeed. In the other, I felt alive, lit up, and connected to something deeper—but I kept that part of myself hidden.

I learned to dance between consciousness (5D) and matter (3D), but it left me feeling fragmented, like my mind, body, and soul were operating separately. I wore a mask to be accepted, and over time, it became exhausting.

Looking back, I see that this bifurcation was unsustainable. I don’t know if it was leaving behind the nonprofit and corporate worlds, being in a relationship for the first time with someone who actually saw me, having a baby at 40, or maybe it was the magic of entering my Chiron return shortly after turning 50…. who knows! But each of these moments gave me permission to start blending the pieces of myself into something whole.

It took time and patience to let go of who I thought I needed to be to feel worthy. I had to stop striving to prove myself and instead embrace the truth of who I already am. That shift transformed everything. It was in that shift that I understood my core essence and purpose: I am a healer, a visionary, a luminary. My role is to hold space for those ready to elevate their consciousness and create meaningful impact—with grace, alignment, and ease.

My multi-passionate, multifaceted experiences have prepared me for this moment in history. My heart, instincts, and intuition have led me here, at a time when purpose-driven individuals, conscious leaders, heart-centered entrepreneurs, and their teams, are hungry for a new way forward. 

Now is the time to…

  • take action based on reflection, growth, and deep awareness, and

  • step into vulnerable, authentic leadership based on our shared human experiences.

I am a white, able-bodied, cis-female whose first language English. I am neuro-typical with stable mental health. I have access to income, housing and food security. I was raised in a Jewish home. I am the daughter of a Jewish mother who is a first generation American on both side. My father is gay and is a first generation American on his paternal lineage. I am the parent of one incredible child and am married to a supportive and caring partner. The intersection of all of these identities shape how I experience the world. I recognize my lived experiences are different from those who hold other identities. I am continuing to learn how I can do better and unlearn biased thoughts and behaviors that uphold injustice.

My work guides people to prioritize their well-being—mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically, and spiritually—as a form of disrupting the status quo. I am deeply committed to supporting people on their well-being journey that helps them show up in the world more authentically for themselves and for others.

I am a work in progress and I will and do make mistakes. If there is anything on these webpages, in my social media or in our interpersonal interactions that has harmed you or others, I invite you to please reach out. I wish to learn from my mistakes and have an opportunity to do better. I also recognize it is my responsibility to do better, not yours to teach me how to do so.

To that end, I have created my Guiding Principles and Commitment to Inclusivity, which will be updated on a regular basis as new information becomes available to me.

Anything and everything to do with our daughter, seeing the impossible become possible, meditating, long walks on autumn days (crunchy leaves are a must), seeing my dog smile at me, warm hugs, fits of laughter, standing up for humanity, live theater, the smell of fresh paint, the feeling of hot glue between my fingertips, bright colors, stunning photography, morning sun and a beautiful sunset, being near large bodies of water, playing games (it’s a competitive sport, right?!), massages (feet too, please), stretching, cooking for friends and family, getting dressed up, a good pair of leggings, singing out in public places, dancing and celebrating big and small wins with my clients.
