Mission

We are a catalysts for change that empower leaders of purpose-driven organizations to holistically up-level their organizations and lives so they can make the impact on the world they intend to without sacrificing themselves or their relationships.

Vision

A world in which we value our shared humanity above all else through compassion, understanding, and empathy, celebrating and embracing diversity, and creating brave and safe spaces where we can each be authentically ourselves.

Guiding Principles

Justice

To build a world where everyone has the opportunity and access to thrive.

Courage

To take aligned action despite fears, doubt
and insecurity.

Commitment to Equity and Inclusivity

We (myself and all members of my team) honor and celebrate the unique identities and experiences of every individual within our community—including clients, partners, collaborators, and team members. We strive to create spaces where people of all races, genders, sexual orientations, religions, abilities, ages, socioeconomic statuses, and other identities feel seen, valued, and respected.

We actively oppose all forms of oppression, including but not limited to racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism, xenophobia, antisemitism, ageism, fatphobia, and economic inequity. Our commitment extends beyond words to actionable practices that challenge systemic barriers and promote equity.

Our Beliefs

  • Dignity and Autonomy: All people deserve the opportunity to live empowered, autonomous lives rooted in social responsibility and justice.

  • Centering Humanity: We recognize the shared humanity of all individuals, with a dedicated focus on uplifting historically marginalized communities and identities.

  • Commitment to Growth: We believe in the necessity of continuous learning, reflection, and dialogue to deepen our awareness of privilege and actively address potential biases or inequities in our work.

Our Practices

To further our commitment to equity, we intentionally align with partners, organizations, individuals, and clients who share these values. Together, we strive to build a world where justice, inclusion, and liberation are not just ideals but lived realities for everyone.

Values

Integrity

To build trust through responsible actions, honest relationships and fully living into our values.

Love

To value and foster connection and relationships by using compassion and kindness.

Curiosity

To be willing to say, “I don’t know, but am willing to learn,” and approaching life with a beginner’s mind.

Excellence

To walk the extra mile and be great, even if that means making mistakes along the way. To create world-class programs and services that mobilize others to solve the world’s problems.

Equity-Centered Pricing

I’m deeply committed to creating offerings that honor accessibility, equity, and our shared liberation. To embody these values, I offer equity-centered pricing for most of my programs. While this approach isn’t perfect and continues to evolve, it’s rooted in the understanding that systemic inequities shape the resources available to each of us.

I invite you to take a moment to reflect on how your identities and lived experiences intersect with systems of privilege or oppression. If your identities include financial privilege or systemic advantage (e.g., white, cisgender, heterosexual, able-bodied), choosing the listed or quoted rates allows you to contribute to the sustainability of this work and help make these offerings accessible to others. If your identities include experiences of systemic marginalization (e.g., BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+), know that this space is intentionally designed to hold and support you. I welcome you to discuss a rate that feels aligned with your current circumstances.

Standard Rates
The rates listed on the website and in program materials reflect the true cost of each offering. This rate is for those who feel financially secure—able to meet basic needs, enjoy occasional extras, and invest in opportunities like this with confidence. Choosing this rate also supports equity by subsidizing access for others who cannot pay the full cost.

Additional Support
I know that financial insecurity is a real barrier for many, and I do not want cost to prevent anyone from accessing support. That’s why scholarships, payment plans, and sliding scale options are available. If cost feels like a challenge, I encourage you to reach out so we can explore an arrangement that works for both of us.

This is part of my broader commitment to fostering a liberatory and inclusive space—one where individual needs are honored and collective care is prioritized. Together, we create a space where growth and transformation can happen with integrity, ease, and equity.

Thank you for being on this journey toward liberation and shared care. I look forward to walking this path alongside you.
