Together, we take a deep dive into the challenges you’re facing and I provide same-day solutions. 

• A Vision & Strategy VIP Full Day is 6 weeks of support. 

• A Vision & Strategy VIP Full Day is 4 weeks of support. 

• A VIP Strategy Hour is 2 weeks of support.

People ask me for the fastest results possible all the time. VIP Days are an exclusive private client service I offer that puts all of my attention on you. I am fully focused on you and your project. 

The very first thing I work on with you when you become a VIP Strategy & Vision Day Client are your specific business goals and intentions for the next 12 months. Then we focus on the strategies you need to work toward those goals over the next 3-6 months. 

This includes taking a look at your strategic plan, alignment with mission, vision and values, in addition to your product suite or revenue/funding streams, pricing, messaging, team, and staff in order to create the maximum impact in the shortest amount of time.

This is 3-6 months of work condensed into one day of concentrated focus with an expert in your corner to help you move the needle on the biggest and most important levers of your business. 

We work together to complete a project with a personalized VIP Day focused solely on you and your business. You’ll walk away with implementation templates and a master plan on how to streamline and create efficiencies across your organization.

In a Vision & Strategy VIP Day, we’re able to work on a myriad of challenges in your business, including but not limited to: 

• Deep dive visioning session with yourself and your leadership team to help you identify long & short term goals, connect with (or determine) overall mission, vision & values, and map out action steps and potential roadblocks

• A candid assessment of why you’re stuck and an analysis of your blind spots to help you clear them out of your way

• Team-building if you’re not sure who to hire or what roles need adjusting in your current structure, what to have them do, where to find them, or what to pay them, plus introductions from my own private network

• Building or refining your full product suite for sustainable revenue and fundraising tactics 

• Clear any pricing or funding blocks so you can charge or ask for more and find aligned clients and streams of revenue

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Stage 1: Clarity
After you make your deposit, we’ll jump on a 30-minute Clarity Call where we’ll talk about what problem you’re trying to solve, what your goals are, and what you want to walk away with. Following this call, I will send you a detailed agenda for your VIP Day. 

Stage 2: Preparedness
At least 10 days prior to your Vision & Strategy VIP Day, I will send you a deep-dive questionnaire so we can maximize our time together.  These documents need to be completed at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled VIP Day.

Stage 3: The Main Event
We can meet in person (travel and accommodations are at an additional cost) or over Zoom for your VIP Day, which includes a facilitated visioning session, in-depth discussions, and decision making with you and your team.  You’ll leave with your strategic vision and immediate actions you can take that are unique to you and your business.

Final deliverables - including written strategies, plans, and templates - will be sent to you within 72 hours.

Stage 4: Ongoing Support
Once the VIP Day is complete, you will continue to have access to me via email, Voxer and text for 1 week (Power Hour), 2 weeks (Half Day) or 4 weeks (Full Day) after our VIP Day.  I am available for questions, brainstorming, and accountability, and I’m also excited to celebrate your successes with you along the way!

When can we get started? We need you like yesterday.

There’s typically a 2-3 week window before we can schedule your actual VIP Day. The good news is you can get started as soon as I receive the deposit with your intake forms. 

What kind of organizations do you support? 

I work with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations that are actively focused on creating social good. That said, they are also progressive organizations that are open to and interested in doing things differently and stepping out of the status quo with how they do business. This ranges from solopreneurs to mid-sized organizations, from startups to organizations with long histories that are looking to shake things up to keep them relevant. 

How much time will I get with you? 

You will get my full attention for between 2-6 weeks depending on the package you choose, in addition to the 1-½ to 6 hours of live vision and strategy work we’re doing together on the actual VIP Day.  This is 3-6 months of work condensed into one day of concentrated focus with an expert in your corner to help you move the needle on the biggest and most important levers of your business.

Will there be access to recordings after our live call?

Yes, every live session will be recorded and I will provide the recording within 72 hours after your VIP Day.
