I’m so glad you’re here!

As a holistic business + life strategist and coach, I love helping individuals and organizations move from Chaos to Clarity so they can show up fully and create the change they want to see in the world.

My unique background and set of skills gives me a perspective few others have. I’ve been an attorney, a fundraiser and a production/stage manager. I’ve been in the nonprofit, entertainment, legal, educational and hospitality sectors. And I’m an award-winning visual artist.

I’ve also found myself lost, swimming in doubt, dealing with toxic work environments, in an abusive relationship and muddling through a personal bankruptcy. More often than I’d like to admit, I have likened myself to the phoenix that keeps rising from the ashes.

And now… I’m a proud mama of an amazing kiddo, I live in a beautiful city (Montreal) with a partner that’s perfect for me, I have friends and family all around the globe and I have something I truly took for granted for way too long… an incredible sense of self.

It is a true honor to help so many brilliant, badass individuals reclaim their power so they can bring more confidence, joy, passion, and purpose into their lives (and work). And, it would be my pleasure to do the same for you.
