A Team Leadership & Development coaching program could include:**
Initial assessment of business leader and up to 12 team members
Self-Sourced Leadership development for the business leader
Visioning and goal setting to deeply understand the leader’s professional and business goals
Interviews with team members to conduct a gap analysis
One-on-one coaching sessions to support the leader’s individual developmental and leadership needs
Two full-day team development workshops
Team assessment review and debrief
Spot coaching available for team members, as needed
Team Leadership & Development Coaching engagements are generally contracted over six months. Sessions are offered in-person, over Zoom, or a combination of both.
