Hi! I’m Kim.

I spent 25+ years in legal and nonprofit leadership, so I know what it feels like to hold the weight of systems, expectations, and responsibility while trying to create real impact. I’m known for helping leaders sustain themselves while they sustain their mission through work that sits at the intersection of the practical and the spiritual.

During each Recalibrate session, we will:

  • Ground into your body. We start with guided meditation and somatic practices to help you drop out of your head and into the present moment. This is where you reconnect with what you actually know, not what you think you should know.

  • Understand what's energetically alive. I'll share the cosmic transits and collective shifts moving through that week, and we'll explore what this means for you personally. You'll learn to work with these energies instead of feeling tossed around by them.

  • Set aligned intentions for your week. You'll leave with clarity about where to focus your energy and practical tools to help you stay grounded when things get chaotic.

These 3 steps are the process I've used for decades with myself and hundreds of clients to stay grounded while driving change and navigating a deeper transformation.

With over 25 years of experience as an attorney, nonprofit executive, and multidisciplinary artist, she brings a rare combination of strategic precision and embodied wisdom to her work. She holds a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in Somatic Stress Release.
